In 2022/2023 Villa Sassonia has been fully renovated for the requirements of modern living.
The Villa is in the center of a gorgeous garden with old trees and plants like magnolias, palms, arches, camellia, hydrangea, roses, and jasmine… you will enjoy flowers in every season.
There is plenty of space to relax and calm down in a private and cultivated environment. A swimming pool and a boccia court complete the relaxed atmosphere.
Apartments
The villa has tree apartments with different sizes from 38 sqm up to 62 sqm. The apartments are suitable for 2-4 people as well as for families with children. Larger families or friends can also consider renting the whole Villa with all apartments.
All apartments are new with their own bathroom, kitchen, mosquito screen and two of them with their own fireplaces. They all have lake-side and Orta view with a private terrace or balcony.
Lakeside Property
Villa Sassonia also has a lake-side property with a pontoon and direct lake access. The property is 5 min. away from the Villa with a beautiful view of monte rossa, the Isola and Orta San Giulio.
